Before Your Session
After purchasing your session, you'll receive a link to your intake form.
The information you share helps me understand your goals and allows me to prepare your personalized session.
Please answer the questions as honestly and thoughtfully as you can. There are no right or wrong answers—simply share what feels important to you.
During Your Session
Each session is completed individually using the information you provide through your intake form.
No appointment is necessary.
Every session is unique because every person is unique.
My goal is to provide a thoughtful, personalized experience while approaching each session with compassion, professionalism, and respect.
After Your Session
Once your session has been completed, you'll receive:

✔ Notes from your session
✔ Any recommendations or observations that may be helpful for your personal reflection
Your summary will be delivered electronically.
Processing Time
Most sessions are completed within 3–5 business days after your completed intake form has been received.
If my current turnaround time changes, it will always be noted on the product page before purchase.

There isn't anything special you need to do.
Many clients simply appreciate setting aside a few quiet moments after receiving their summary to read through it without distractions and reflect on the information provided.
Some clients also enjoy journaling about their experience afterward.
