What products do you offer?
Wings & Roars Creations offers graphic apparel, PNG digital downloads, gifts, seasonal designs, memorial creations, and other thoughtfully designed products created with heart and creativity.
Are your digital downloads available immediately?
Yes! Digital products are available for instant download after your purchase is complete. You'll receive instructions from Shopify on how to access your files.
Can I use your PNGs for my small business?
Each product listing includes its own licensing information. Please review the terms before purchasing. If you have questions about commercial use, feel free to contact me.
Do you accept custom orders?
Yes! I love creating custom designs whenever my schedule allows. Please contact me with your ideas, and I'll let you know if I'm able to help.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because many of my products are digital downloads or made specifically for each customer, all sales are final.

What happens after I purchase a session?
After your purchase, you'll receive instructions along with a link to your intake form. Once your completed intake form has been submitted, I'll begin preparing your personalized session.
Do I need to schedule an appointment?
No appointment is necessary.
Sessions are completed after your intake form is received, and your written summary will be delivered electronically once your session is complete.
How long does it take to receive my session summary?
Most session summaries are completed within 3–5 business days after your intake form has been received. If current processing times are different, they'll be noted on the product page.

What information do you need?
You'll complete a brief intake form that helps me understand your goals and any areas you'd like me to focus on during your personalized session.
Are your wellness sessions a substitute for medical care?
No.
My services are intended to support personal wellness, mindfulness, and self-reflection. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition and should not replace professional medical, psychological, or mental health care.
Are my sessions confidential?
Yes.
Your privacy is important to me. Information shared through your intake form and during your session is treated respectfully and kept confidential.

Can I cancel or receive a refund for a wellness session?
Because each personalized session requires time, preparation, and individual attention, all session purchases are non-refundable.
